Our school is part of an initiative of three schools who come together with a common aim and objectives. The partner school has procedures and practices in place and supports the development in the other two schools. It is a three-year project and has funding to support development.

Our key issues are
• the development of ICT across the curriculum
• the raising of standards in Literacy
• the development of Leadership teams and senior management staff to enable the school to raise standards.

The project is now in its second year and has been very successful so far. Our school has expanded its ICT provision from Foundation Stage to Year 6. ICT is now embedded in the curriculum and we are now looking at supporting ICT across other subjects – through Esspresso and other initiatives.

There has been significant improvement in the teaching of literacy across the school, with speaking and listening our key issues.

All senior staff have been supported in developing their Leadership skills and expertise.
